Whole Life Insurance

Life Insurance is one of the most important things you can do for you family. If you were in a tragic accident or were diagnosed with a terminal illness and died, how would your family maintain their current standard of living? Even if you are a stay-at-home mom, the cost to send your children to daycare and maintain a household are valuable. Whole life insurance protects your family in the event of your death.

Guaranteed to be in-force until the policyholder dies, as long as premiums are paid, whole life insurance extends upon term life Insurance by having no end date. Unlike term life insurance, whole life builds cash value. The policyholder may borrow that cash value from his or her policy, however, loans on the policy can reduce the cash value and/or the death benefit.

The policyholder may elect to pay the premium until he or she dies or purchase a paid up policy in which premiums may be paid until a specific date or time.

Below is a chart that outlines what a whole life insurance policy offers.
